After decades of consulting with local businesses and working inside community banks—most recently as Chief Operating Officer of a $900 million institution—our founder, Sam Drennen, saw the same challenge repeated again and again. Banks and Family Businesses needed senior operational leadership, technological expertise, and workforce development strategies - but not every organization needed or could justify adding another full-time executive. What they needed was experience, perspective, and steady hands at the helm.
That insight became our purpose.
